Why read this?
The creators’ introduction asks you to examine what a particular customer is trying to accomplish, the difficulties involved and the outcomes they value. An offer can then be compared with those needs, with evidence needed to establish whether the fit is real. The public introduction is the assigned reading; paid playbooks are optional. For this course, extend the inquiry to a colleague, neighbour or community group. Ask before assuming what would help them. Identify one modest contribution you could test and a way they could decline it. Consider benefits, burdens and access, especially when the beneficiary and payer are different people.
